Shoaib Jillani

I'm Shoaib Jillani, Director at Disk Doctors UK, where I’ve spent over 20 years helping individuals and businesses recover lost data—whether from crashed drives, damaged RAID arrays, or accidental deletions. My journey began with a background in accountancy and IT, but data recovery quickly became more than just a technical challenge—it became a mission to bring peace of mind to people in moments of digital crisis.

Although I lead the company, I’m not the kind to stay behind the scenes. I still personally take on complex cases, working alongside our technicians to ensure every recovery is handled with care and precision. I believe technical skill is only part of the equation—clear communication, transparency, and empathy matter just as much.

Through our blog, I share practical insights from real recovery scenarios, hoping to make this field more approachable and to help you protect what matters most.

Thanks for stopping by—I hope you find something useful here.
