Issue with our RAID 5 with 4 200GB Maxtor Hard drives
We had an issue with our RAID 5 with 4 200GB Maxtor Hard drives. Our IT guy tried to put the server back on and failed. We have now been told that he has changed the sequence of the drives, initialized the hard drives and repartitioned the RAID array. He also installed windows on a small raid 5 partition so he can install recovery software to scan the rest of RAID 5 array. We now need your professional RAID data recovery services and help in this regard.
To be honest your IT guy has pretty messed up and aggravated the situation. However we can provide you a free diagnostic and evaluation that will take up to 8 hours due to the change in sequence and reinstallation of windows. During the evaluation we will determine the likelihood of recovery of your raid data. All we need is the server and the full information about the initial issue with RAID 5 and the steps your IT guy took. You can either drop off or courier the server along with full details.
