Recover Data from Crashed Dell RAID Server

I have a Dell RAID Server which uses Adaptec Cerc SATA raid controller card with 5 SATA hard drive 160 GB each with RAID 5 level. The server has crashed and our own evaluation finds that 2 of the drives are not spinning and don’t show in controller BIOS. Our latest backup is 2 days ago, but very critical business data has been saved 6 hours ago and now server has crashed. The data is needed for board of directors meeting which is 18 hours away. We are in a very critical situation here; how can you help us to recover raid data?

You can courier or drop off your Server at our lab. We need to Evaluate RAID 5 server, the evaluation can be provided to you in 3 hours with a fixed price quotation, basically all we need is the hard drives and preferably the RAID controller card. Make sure the drives are labeled in their exact sequence in RAID array, rest of the information will be taken when you drop off the RAID 5 or if sending the drives by courier you can provide the detail information by filling a shipping form. Actual turnaround will be determined after the evaluation however I can provide you an estimate of 12 hours for rush service considering your issue.

You service was good – obviously an efficient e-mail run system is in place. One criticism though I took the trouble to point out the specific area where the PST files needing recovery were to be found but this was ignored and the wrong files recovered. it was only when I insisted that they were where I said they were that you did indeed find and recover them. As you pointed out at the start we had used another recovery company first who had failed to restore the files we wanted and on further inquiry insisted it was not possible to do so – so hats of to Disk Doctor. We will use you again if we need to.
