Every recovery job starts with a free evaluation to find out exactly what's wrong with your media, so we can give you a firm price quote to review.

Evaluation typically takes 2 to 12 hours. The recovery itself is usually completed in 10 to 12 business days depending on the fault — emergency, Rush and Expedited service is available if you need your data back sooner, for a modest premium over standard pricing.

If the media isn't accessible and the fault looks internal, it's opened up in our Class 100 clean room so our engineers can see the damage directly.

Covers drives with a physical rather than logical fault, fixed by replacing the necessary parts under clean room conditions:
